Staging: lustre: ptlrpc: Remove braces for single statement blocks

Author: Shraddha Barke <shraddha.6596@gmail.com>

statement blocks. This patch removes the unnecessary braces.

The warning was detected using checkpatch.pl. Coccinelle was used to
make the change.
